Great staff and hotel appears new. Location was convenient to area restaurants. Clean and room was well appointed. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was better than to be expected.

Old and dirty! Carpet was filthy and the shower had lots of hair and mold. TV was outdated and didn’t work at all. The nice girl working the desk came up and tried to fix but she couldn’t. She was the only employee there! She offered to move us to another room but after a long day of travel we didn’t feel like packing up our stuff and moving. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

Great place to stay. Great service. Clean, quiet rooms. Variety of food for breakfast. They have an onsire convenince store. Well lit parking lot. Kind customer service. Definitely recommend staying there.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Pet friendly, I just love the little door signs they hand out. There was a pullout sofa in our room. One of our pets hid under it when it was time to go, but thankfully, it was easy to open and get her out. The king-size bed was on a metal box that didn't go all the way to the wall, so we stuffed towels at each end to prevent the pets from going behind it. We take the towels out when we go. The breakfast was really tasty.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly. The only thing that was wrong was the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Not a problem though. Was a great stay.

Clean rooms & lobby area. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

This is the best Hilton property I've stayed in this year. I travel for work and see a lot of hotels. The ownership of Hilton properties has become very subpar. However the Hampton Inn in McPherson, Ks is exactly what I expect in a Hilton establishment. The hotel was built in 2016 and it still looks very new. The check-in process was easy, the staff was polite, helpful, and professional. My room was very clean and quiet. My only complaint would be a soiled chair in the room. Housekeeping evidently didn't notice. The breakfast okay. The menu consisted of: cheesy eagg omlets, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, and the usual items you find for a continental breakfast. But overall this hotel definitely earns my approval. It's located right off the highway. There are other hotels in the area, therefore the lodging availability in McPherson has become very competitive. But if you give The Hampton Inn a try, you won't be disappointed.

The rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the walk in shower. Really a nice huge bathroom. The staff was wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. The hot complimentary breakfast had omelets, sausage, potatoes, waffles.
